ahka | Baking Challah bread

Finally, I got time to bake Challah bread. Here is the recipe that we got in Jerusalem. It is a different recipe from the one I used before. The doe turned out very good and almost run away from my big bowl.
Kids were helping to braid the doe and it was the most challenging part of baking Challah. Kids were fighting for the doe and for the space and were braking my concentration from the braiding with new tips. At the end, Challah turned out pretty delicious, only my husband burned it a little. He turned on broil to make it gold and forgot about it until it was too late.
