Michelle's developmental update
Nov. 14th, 2010 11:14 pmMy little girl is not even 2 but she can jump getting off the ground, she started talking more and more and it is absolutely adorable! She started asking us to take her to the bathroom and has been doing #2 during this weekend only in the toilet!
I took her and Michael to the Children's museum on Thursday and she loved playing there. It was her first time there. Michelle was OK about moving from station to station after a short heads up warning that she should finish playing here and we will go to another play station.
In the car on the way to the museum, Michael for some reason said "shut up" I don't even know why and for who but Michelle immediately started repeating this phrase non stop. She kept repeating: syatup syatup syatup.... I had to redirect her attention with questions to make her stop. She tells us all of the names of all of her relatives if asked.
She gets very shy around strangers and takes her time to study them by starring in a frozen pose.
Yesterday, she was drawing with markers and instead of paper drew all over her face including her eye lids. I washed her face but some color is still visible.
While I was out of town, she learned to say "thank you" in Russian and every time someone gives her something she says: "pasibo."
Today, while waiting for Michael who was at the synagogue (religious school), Michelle and I went to a coffee shop and spent there about hour and a half. Then we went to the synagogue where she walked around for an hour exploring all hallways and stairs.
She is so adorable and so serious!!!
Boris and I can not not smile looking at this little cute girl with a super bright sparkle that surrounds her.
