ahka | Michael and Boris caused Panic in the family!

All day my cell phone was in the desk and only at the end of the day I looked at it and saw 2 missed calls. One call was from Boris at around 12:45pm and one from my parents at 4:40.

I immediately called my parents and my mom with panicking voice started telling me that my dad is not feeling well and something happened to Michael!!! I got really scared, what’s going on. Then she calmed me down and told me that Michael is OK, she just spoke with him on the phone. However, my dad is still not feeling well. He is well known for panicking especially when it has to do with well being of his family!

So, what happened?

Apparently, my dad went to meet kids from school and Michael was not on the bus! Dylan and Misha (7 yr olds) told him that Michael hit his head, there was blood and ambulance took him away. However, as we found out later, they did not see any of it. They just heard from some Michael's classmate. My dad, panicked, came home and told my mom about it. She tried to call me, Boris and did not reach us, so she called the school. Both of them were really scared and I think my dad is still not feeling well.

Fortunately, it was not as scary as it was presented by Misha and Dylan. Michael played tag during recess and hit his head hard of something. Nurse called Boris, Boris picked up Michael from school around noon. He called me on my cell phone but did not leave a message or call work number or main office number.

Michael is ok, just has an ugly bruise above his right eye . His right temple is blue and swollen. There was no blood, just a bump. So far he did not have any symptoms of anything serious, Thank G-d!!!

They went out to Burger King, went to the bank together to open saving account for Micahael and had a good time while grandparents and I received a portion of shock therapy. Boris explained to me that they were busy and had no time to call us! I was pretty mad about this!!!

I am still a little bit shocked from the news, and will have to discuss our plan in future if something like this happens, so we wouldn't be surprised and unaware.
