ahka | CreditCard Services=scam :(

I am furious, Credit cards and their services taking advantage of poor people who don’t speak English well.

Who in the right mind would agree to pay over $100 a month for some security protection service that will help cardholder not to pay bills for 2 years if the cardholder loses a job???!!!! What kind of insurance is that?????

Probably only people who don’t understand what they are being signed up for and who don’t take closer look at their credit card statements or maybe millionaires who spend a lot and don't care about $100 charge every month.

This charge is not shown in the statement as monthly purchase it is on the side as a credit card fee!!!!

What kind of B S is that????

I think I should contact lawyers, so they would return poor people money that they took for this scam!!!

People I know got really screwed with this and they really don’t understand English well and didn’t know about this for years!!!! They were wondering why they keep paying and paying and there is no end to paying the cards off!!!

Now that we figured out what has been happening, trying to clear it up and opened investigations for each card that they have with hope that credit card services will return all money back! (it may not be realistic, but I will try to do my best to make it happen, I am acting as an interpreter now). Maybe I should contact attorney general? I am so furious!!!!

Update: spoke with Chase and Discover today. Chase rep was very nice and immediately stopped the service. Discover rep was rude, had to speak with supervisor who was even worth! They told us to write letter to them to stop the service and kept repeating same phrase over and over again. I think my blood pressure skyrocketed after this conversation.... I hate talking on the phone about bills and credit cards...
