I discovered Hennepin County Library eAudiobooks that are downloadable on-line.  It  took me 2 days to figure out how to move files into my phone and then stream through Bluetooth in the car.  Finally, it is working!!! (can’t wait to get back into my car).

The collection of books is not as desirable as I would’ve wanted, however I found some books that I would not read but would force myself to listen too.  I am still trying to figure out how to get license for some books.  I am able to download the book into my phone but then it tells me to go online and get the license and I have no clue how to do that.  I guess it will take me few more days to figure that one out unless someone can explain it to me.

I love technology  but get pretty frustrated with the complexity and in some cases illogical ways of connecting things.  Well, if we need something, we find ways to figure it out regardless of complexity.  I am determined to figure it out!

It is funny to me.  There are times that I don’t listen or read anything and get frustrated that there is nothing that interests me and then I get overloaded with interesting stuff that I don’t have time to process (same with LJ, I don’t write anything but then start writing about this and that and can’t stop).  So, now I got bunch of books waiting to be listened to, I started listening again to Victor Frenkle’s book Men’s Search for Meaning. It is my audio book that I bought long time ago.  It is so sad but very insightful.  I don’t think I could actually read it.  I am listening to it again and it sounds different from the time I listened to it before.

I continue reading eBook War and Peace by Lev Tolstoy (on my phone while Michelle falls asleep).  I can’t wait to listen to Erich Fromm’s book that I would not read but would listen to The Art of Loving.  I have seen this book cited in so many places, I decided it is time to get to know it.  This is the one I can’t figure out how to get license to listen to it.

Also, I am reading a book by Rollo May Man’s Search for Himself.  I started this book long time ago but had no time to continue.  This one is also the book that has been cited in many books I have read before.  In addition to all that I try to stay on top of reading weekly parshas of the Torah and be prepared for our Friday class.
